01/20/2022 – God’s Character Part # 3
For the past two days we have looked at the first and second phrases that make up verse five in psalms 100. We have looked at “The Lord is good”, and “His lovingkindness is everlasting”, so today let’s finish day three with “He is faithful to all generations”. It is so important during our walk with God that we return to the basics of our faith, God’s awesome mercy in our lives. This world will not stop in its goal to sideline our faith, throwing every kind of distractions to get our minds off of Jesus. If you are struggling in your faith, lets return to the basics.
Day 3: He is faithful to all generations
Psalm 100:5 – “For the Lord is good; His lovingkindness is everlasting and is faithfulness to all generations.” King David concludes verse 5 by reminding us that the Lord is not partial. The God who commands are fair and faithful to all generations. He didn’t make a limited time offer to one generation only to rescind it from the next. He doesn’t play favorites. His commands and promises, apply to all people throughout all time because God never changes. He remains consistently faithful. He calls for worship as a natural response to our firsthand experience of God’s character.
Today, fall in love with God once again:
