10/08/2026 – The Power of Humility
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 10:4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ…
Reflection: God has provided us with every mighty weapon required to overcome, to conquer, to glorify Him. One of the most powerful weapons in God is the fruit of the Spirit in us. When we place our faith in Christ, the Spirit of God dwells in us. He produces godly fruit in us.
One of the ways the fruit of the Spirit is manifested in our lives is Meekness. There is no weapon against it. There is no defense for it. Even when the world recognizes it, it cannot believe in its power. There is no defense against a weapon that the enemy does not believe can defeat them. Goliath had armor to protect him from every man-made weapon; but he had no defense against the weapons of God!
God will achieve more through your humility than you will ever achieve with talent or human effort.
