09/28/2026 – We are God’s Workmanship
Scripture: Ephesians 2: 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
Reflection: The purpose of our lives is much higher than anything we can define within the limits of time and space. We were created by God for His glory. We live not to satisfy ourselves, or to avoid angering God. We live to glorify God! In our bodies and spirit!
You glorify God by being the temple where His Spirit dwells. Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. That is the most amazing truth about you. It is not about what is on the outside, but who dwells inside. The outside is in contact with the world and it is vulnerable. It needs constant cleansing and healing. It awaits a total remake that will take place when Christ returns. But inside, Christ dwells by His Spirit. That is the defining blessing of your life and your destiny.
